Why should you use Texas Licensing Group?

Because we are good at what we do; we care about each client and handle each
applicant's case for it's specific needs.  We don't claim to have a magic wand, but we've
done this type of work for a long time and
this is the only type of work we do.
We have good relationships with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission account
examiners and compliance officers across the North Texas area --- they don't do us any
favors mind you, they can't!  However, we do take extra care to make sure our
applications and renewals are complete and easy for them to process.  If an examiner or
compliance officer needs additional information, they know they'll get it promptly from us.
In licensing, we handle all the paperwork and follow the process through every step to
issuance of all necessary alcoholic beverage approvals.

Our Services Include:
  • Consulting clients on their specific needs.
  • Assistance in completing the necessary application(s) & Personal History Sheets.
  • Full-time Notary Public available.
  • Assisting in certifying the application w/ State Comptroller; City Secretary; County
    Clerk and County Judge.
  • Filing of a Legal Public Notification,
  • Transporting of application and documents throughout the process.
  • Handling of fees and costs; timely payments, proper amounts.
  • Execute renewals for existing permits and licenses.

How much does it cost to get a license or permit?

While this is a common question, it cannot be reliably answered without knowing what
type of establishment will be operated and the city and county where the licensed
business will be located.  Once we know the nature and location of the business in
question, we can discuss the project and determine what requirements must be fulfilled
and how much the fee will be.
